State Transportation Plan Update
The Iowa Department of Transportation is initiating an update to the State Transportation Plan. "Planning Ahead 2040" will be used as a guide for transportation investments for all modes in Iowa. Changes in Iowa's economic, social, and demographic conditions have necessitated a reevaluation of the State's current transportation system to make sure that transportation needs will be adequately met.
