PEFTAC is made up of individuals from both the public and private sectors who have working knowledge of population and employment growth in the metro area. PEFTAC meets as necessary to update the population and employment forecasts for the metropolitan area, most recently in 2003 and 2004. The PEFTAC report is utilized for analysis of infrastructure needs and is used by local realtors, human services providers, and developers.
